Pinterest Marketing Expert to help me optimise my account.

I run a design agency creating alcohol brands. I am looking for a Pinterest expert to help to get me up and running on Pinterest successfully. I have a great catalogue of original content to post but after having tried for a few weeks myself I think I have not nailed the posting/setup process.

My posts are not being discovered and I would ideally like to have a fixed process that I can follow in future.
