Looking for a reliable freelancer (or possibly two) who can respond to client queries on our social media channels.
No posting or strategy required - this is purely to signpost and deal with enquiries.
What's involved - 1 x check per day of Facebook inbox, Twitter mentions and Instagram inbox. Signposting and reply to any customer complaints. There are generally 3- 5 per week, so not super high volume.
This would be required 7 days per week, so happy to split this across a couple of freelancers.

Replying to messages (usually c.5 per week).
We would estimate around 5-10 minutes per day, but must be checked on a daily basis.
