Ongoing Part-Time Social Media Manager (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
We are a London-based heating, renewables, and facilities management company. We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help us launch and build our social media presence across both B2B and B2C channels.
Scope of Work:
Set up and optimise new accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (branding, bios, cover images, links)
Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Repurpose content from our blog/news writer and videographer into engaging social posts
Ensure 3–4 posts per week are published consistently
Develop and execute a follower growth strategy (organic, with the option for paid campaigns later)
Monitor engagement and provide weekly KPI reports (views, clicks, comments, shares, reach, engagement rate, follower growth)
KPI insights will be used by our marketing team to guide wider strategy and campaigns
Collaborate with our Strategy Manager, Content Writer, and Videographer – content themes and assets are provided, but your creative input is welcome
Requirements:
Proven experience building and growing social media accounts from scratch
Ability to handle both B2B (LinkedIn/YouTube) and B2C (Facebook/Instagram) content styles
Strong writing/editing skills for captions
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or native scheduling)
Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with reporting KPIs weekly
Budget & Commitment:
£400–£500/month fixed price
~6–8 hours per week
Ongoing monthly role, with scope to grow as our content engine expands
