LinkedIn Outreach Specialist Needed B2B Lead Generation

Job Description:

We are a London-based cleaning company looking for an experienced LinkedIn outreach specialist to help generate leads and conversations with:

Property management companies
Estate agents
Construction project managers
Commercial businesses

This is a long-term role for someone who understands how to start real conversations on LinkedIn (not spam messaging).

Your role will include:

Sending connection requests to targeted prospects
Writing and sending personalised messages (we will guide messaging)
Following up with prospects (non-salesy approach)
Identifying decision-makers (Property Managers, Directors, Project Managers)
Booking calls or generating qualified leads
Managing activity daily

Daily expectations:

50–100 connection requests
30–50 messages sent
Consistent follow-ups
Clear tracking of conversations and leads

You MUST have:

Proven LinkedIn outreach / lead generation experience
Strong written English (natural, not robotic)
Understanding of B2B outreach
Ability to personalise messages
Organised and consistent
