We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn lead generation specialist to support our business development activity for a UK-based company operating within the Fire, Security, and Electrical sectors.
Our focus is on securing maintenance contracts across:
– Hotels
– Student accommodation (PBSA)
– Facilities / property management companies
– Commercial buildings
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers such as Facilities Managers, Property Managers, and Operations Managers via LinkedIn.
Scope of Work:
– Identify and build targeted contact lists (UK-based)
– Send daily connection requests to relevant decision-makers
– Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection + follow-up messaging)
– Engage with prospects professionally (non-salesy, consultative approach)
– Book appointments / generate qualified leads for our team
– Maintain a simple tracker of contacts and conversations
Target Output:
– 20–30 new connections per day
– 10–15 conversations initiated per week
– Minimum 3–5 qualified opportunities per week
Experience Required:
– Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation / outreach
– Experience targeting facilities, property, or construction sectors (preferred)
– Strong written English (UK-based tone preferred)
– Understanding of B2B service sales or maintenance contracts (advantageous)
Tools (preferred but not essential):
– LinkedIn
– Dripify or Expandi
– CRM / tracking spreadsheets
Working Arrangement:
– Part-time (initially 1–2 hours per day)
– Ongoing role for the right person
– Flexible working hours
