I aim to elevate my profile as a thought leader on LinkedIn through engaging original content and strategic networking.
An effective social media assistant is sought to help actualize this rebranding effort through daily curation and dissemination of posts derived from my dissertation.
Specifically, leadership insights, inspirational quotes and analyses of race relations topics as they relate to leadership are to be crafted daily from my dissertation and other sources and curated into visually appealing posts targeting increased readership through likes and shares. The overarching goal is to cultivate a community of at least 12,000 followers per year recognizing the profile as a preeminent voice on developing inclusive leadership through reimagined systems and narratives.
