Manage end-to-end LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Conduct in-depth research to identify key audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
Optimize campaigns for performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights.
Collaborate with our team to create compelling ad copy and visual assets that align with brand identity.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on LinkedIn’s latest features, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Offer guidance on leveraging LinkedIn beyond ads, including organic strategies to strengthen overall presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in running and managing successful LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s advertising platform, including campaign manager, audience targeting, and analytics tools.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align ad campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Experience in crafting ad copy and working with designers to produce visually engaging creatives.
Knowledge of LinkedIn’s organic features and how to integrate ads with a holistic platform strategy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
Background in B2B advertising or experience working with creative agencies.
Familiarity with additional advertising platforms is a plus.
