About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with LinkedIn account research, regional sourcing, and account management activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant contacts, conducting targeted research across specific geographic markets, communicating with potential collaborators, and maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong regional knowledge and the ability to conduct effective research in our target countries.

Target Countries

Our primary target markets are:

- United States
- United Kingdom
- France
- Italy
- Germany
- Spain

Applicants with local knowledge, established professional networks, or experience conducting online research in one or more of these countries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of local languages and familiarity with regional business practices will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Research & Sourcing
- Identify relevant LinkedIn profiles and potential contacts based on predefined criteria.
- Conduct targeted research across our six target countries.
- Identify individuals who may be interested in legitimate business collaborations.
- Use appropriate online channels to discover potential opportunities.

2. Outreach & Communication
- Contact prospective collaborators professionally and respectfully.
- Explain collaboration opportunities clearly and answer initial questions.
- Follow up with interested individuals and maintain communication records.

3. Account & Data Management
- Maintain organized records of research findings and outreach activities.
- Update spreadsheets and track sourcing progress.
- Assist with the administration of LinkedIn accounts where appropriate authorization has been provided.
- Prepare regular progress reports.

**4. Regional Research**
- Identify effective sourcing methods for each target country.
- Provide insights into local markets, communication preferences, and relevant professional communities.
- Recommend ways to improve sourcing efficiency and outreach results.

Requirements

- Experience in online research, lead generation, sourcing, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and online research tools.
- Knowledge of one or more target countries.
- Fluency in a relevant local language is a plus.
- A professional approach to privacy, consent, and platform policies.
