700 SPECIFIC Contacts added to LinkedIn Profile

I have a customer who requires 700 SPECIFIC connections added to their LinkedIn account.

I will provide a list of all of the required connections. My customer has as said that if the exact person cannot be found on LinkedIn then a suitable senior person in the same organisation can be substituted,

Please also indicate your earliest start date and approximate duration to complete the work. Please note that the budget figure quoted is only to get the post - I have no idea of budget I just need your best price so I can quote to the customer today.
