Vid Edit/Content Creator (Mtl Retainer) – ECommerce/Retail Brand

Project Overview:
I am launching a new brand combining an e-commerce store and a physical retail location for the German market. I am looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor for a long-term collaboration on a monthly flat-rate (retainer) basis.

Important Note Upfront: The operative start of this project is pending final funding approval. I am publishing this brief to gather realistic, fixed monthly retainer quotes for my official business plan. If your portfolio and quote fit my calculations, you will be hired as soon as the budget is released.

Your Deliverables (Monthly Flat-Rate):


• Short-Form Content: 3 to 5 highly engaging short videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) per week.

• Long-Form Content: 1 YouTube video (approx. 8–10 minutes) per month.

• Content Recycling: Efficiently extracting the best moments from long-form footage to create additional high-retention shorts.

• Sound Design & Pacing: Dynamic pacing, transitions, and professional sound design (product handling, SFX, ambient sound).

• AI Product Staging: Taking plain studio product photos and generating high-end, photorealistic environments around them using tools like Midjourney or Photoshop AI.

Workflow & Language Requirements:


• No German skills required. The target audience is German, but your job is purely visual (cuts, effects, pacing, sound).

• I will provide all voiceovers (self-recorded or AI-generated) and text-overlay scripts. Your task is to sync them seamlessly into the edit.

• I will supply all raw video footage (store walkthroughs, product demonstrations) and product photos.
