TikTok Page Host / UGC Creator

We are a UK cased childcare recruitment brand looking for a confident, friendly and natural UGC creator/presenter to become the regular face of our TikTok and social media content.

We create content aimed at nursery practitioners, early years professionals and people considering a career in childcare.

Content will include:
Childcare career tips and advice
Nursery jobs/vacancies
Relatable nursery/childcare content
Educational videos
TikTok trends adapted to our industry
Responses to common questions/comments

You DO NOT need a large following as the content will be posted on our own social channels.

We are looking for someone who is:

UK based with a natural british accent
Warm, approachable and confident on camera
Natural when delivering scripts

Experience in childcare, early years, education, parenting or recruitment would be a bonus but not essential

We are ideally looking for one person who can become a consistent presenter for the brand, producing approx 15-20 short videos per month

We will provide topics, key information and direction. We are open to your creative input on hooks/scripts.

We will initially commission 1-3 paid test videos before choosin someone for ongoing monthly work.
