Social Media Marketing

This is a job for a big Instagram account of 1.2 Million followers. I need help managing the account. The objectives are:
- Making sure the followers don't drop (organic/non organic). The number just cannot drop as it looks bad for the influencer.
- Organic growth and engagement. We want to increase this

We are looking for an ongoing service and working relationship where we would be paying monthly.
