Social Media Management

We are looking for an experienced and passionate social media manager who is also goof at PR, to manage all social channels and online presence for a fitness master trainer. We want someone who is very proactive, driven, and experienced at developing and implementing a strong strategy and producing relevant meaningful content , analysing opportunities and data usage

Main responsibilities:
- Help expand the online presence and bring in more leads for the business.
- Develop and devise a strong meaningful strategy to have the social media accounts engaging based on set KPIs. Main Channels are IG, Youtube with potential TikTok
- Identify potential clients from existing followers; engage with them in attempt to smoothly convert them to use the different products offered
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the brand and social media strategy feel and image
- Planning and managing paid social media campaigns, if need be
- Creating content calendar and scheduling media posts based on the approved calendar
- Create content, for the use of the social media with strong and creative copy-writing ability
- Optimise the social media channels to increase content visibility and SEO in order to drive more revenue and collaboration opportunities for the business
- Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue
- Research and try identity and source partners/ influencers , create relationships with key leaders in industry and relevant fields for collaboration and sponsorship opportunities
- Perform quality outreach over multiple channels including emails, social , based on the approved direction& strategy
- Monitoring performance and providing data and monthly reports.

The budget depends on experience and work delivered - maximum 300 a month
