Posting and account management for Poetry Istagram Page

I'm creating an instagram account for poetry I am writing under a psuedo name - The Almond Prince. The Page will be called "Letters to AB" I need a freelance who can help me manage this easily and cost effectively (hey i'm an artist so lets how it is :-) ). Posts will be a combo of poetry and an illustration. Also I'll need someone to edit and cut the images so they fit nicely on the posts.

I'll like help with marketing it too but will need to see how much it costs.
