Instagram shop is not allowing me to request a review. It has been like this for months.
FB business account says that we do not comply with their Commerce Eligibility Requirements, but we do:
1. We are using a shop template on our FB page
2. We have been operating on instagram since Feb this year and have over 900 followers
3. Domain has been verified via DNS record and a meta tag added to the section of our domain home page
domain: www.meliorlondon.uk
For visual of error please see attachment.
Result: instagram shop is not working.

Have you checked the following qualifications?
Make sure your country falls within the list of Eligible Countries by checking the always-changing list on the Instagram Help Center. The product must be a physical product. It cannot be a digital product. Moreover, your business must sell goods that comply with Facebook's merchant agreement and commerce policies.
