I need Instagram marketing help

I need someone to design the look of my Instagram to help me market my coaching business; this includes designing posts and stories to advertise my services and to engage with my followers. I want to also build my following. Initially, I want someone to manage the content and posting for me, but to also show me how to create posts myself so that I can have a personal relationship with my followers and eventually become independent in creating my own authentic content. However, still having someone involved in an ongoing basis for help with keeping on track and with future campaigns. Budget can be negotiable.
