Help me grow my travel instagram page

Want to increase follow count and engagement for a travel page that has 3k followers. I have content that I post myself, so as much support you can give me in growing the page so I can start reaching out for sponsorships in 2021.

If my budget allows, I'd like to get someone who can support me long term (few hours a week/month) just to keep the page growing, and to then grow into a blog and sponsorships
