FACEBOOK/ INST AD SET UP

We are looking for someone help us set up our instagram and facebook ads. We are a small start up food brand with minimal social presence/ experience and are looking for someone to help us set up our initial ads, and and help us grow this area of our business. Fixed price to start with, but then once we find the right person hopefully they will work with us on an adhoc bases going forward.
