Hi, I’m interested in the integration work, particularly the combination of the bespoke eCommerce platform and Shopify requirements. Before submitting my proposal, I’d like to clarify a few points about the integrations, existing infrastructure and expected deliverables:

1. Could you confirm the names of the 5 apps you want integrated and what functionality you need from each?
2. Is the bespoke eCommerce platform already built and live, or is development still ongoing?
3. What technology stack is the bespoke platform built with, and is its API/documentation already available?
4. For the Shopify store, is the store already live and set up, or will the Shopify configuration also be part of the work?
5. Which specific Shopify integrations/features do you need implemented?
6. Do all 5 apps provide APIs or existing integration methods, and do you already have the required developer accounts, API keys and access credentials?
7. Are the integrations primarily for data synchronisation, payments, inventory, orders, customer data, marketing, social media or other workflows?
8. Is there an existing technical specification or workflow diagram showing how the bespoke platform, Shopify and the external apps should communicate?
9. Who will be responsible for testing and approving each integration, and how many rounds of fixes or revisions are expected?
10. Is this one defined integration project, or do you expect ongoing development and maintenance after the initial implementation?
11. Although the budget is flexible, do you have an approximate budget range or preferred payment structure for the work, such as milestones?
12. Is the project fully approved and ready to begin, and what timeframe are you working towards for completing the integrations?

Could you confirm the five apps/services you need integrated and the technology/API used by the bespoke e-commerce platform, plus what specifically needs connecting on Shopify?

One thing worth adding to the earlier point: even before we know the specifics of the five apps, the sync direction usually matters more than the number of integrations. If two systems can both edit the same order or inventory record, one of them needs to win by default, otherwise you get quiet data conflicts that are hard to trace weeks later.
