Bulk Creation of Short, simple Instagram Reels

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can create 60 Instagram Reel, as follows:

Image in the background with some subtle movement / animation e.g. slide in.
Bullet points of text overlaid over the image.
10-12s in length
Write a post caption based on the reel content

I will supply all of the images and text.

Budget is not realistic, please quote what you would like to be paid for this work and include some examples of previous work.
