Someone to do Facebook Ads for us

We are starting from scratch, no page currently or anything. We will set up a new FB page (and other social media platforms) and then we need to set up online ads to help drive people to our new food service. We want to build up a following on social media (likes and followers) which in turn will encourage people to use our website. You should have experience of building up social media followings and be able to clearly outline a strategy for the ads and also organic actions we can take. Some portfolio or examples of projects you have worked on will be best.
