Social Media Recruitment

I am looking for someone to help me with Facebook recruitment. I am looking to recruit care assistants in the Peterborough area, and would like someone who has experience in Facebook advertising to lead the campaign. I would like them to post the job in job groups, increase our presence online, and drive applications to the site. There are around 15 job groups in the area that can be posted to, and multiple other community groups and groups that may be applicable.

I am hoping that someone with experience would be able to get applicants by using free methods. We can provide all content (imagery, wording etc), you just need to handle the Facebook side of things. I would measure the response by the amount of candidates that applied.

I would ideally like to spend around £150-200 per month on an ongoing basis. If this is successful this is something that would run indefinitely.
