Social Media PPC expert needed

We are looking for long term assistance with social media paid marketing (PPC). Specifically on one major platform. We need this from the base up, with competitor analysis, ad creating and on-going optimisation.

You will need to be a highly experienced FB social PPC marketer with experience in the UK. If you have ever worked in life insurance that is a plus, but not required.
