Social media posts for Fitness Bootcamp

I'm currently looking for someone to help with with social media. Must have good use of English language and grammar (especially Written) and be fun and witty.

I need someone to post 5 pieces of content per week. The content doesn't have to be 1000 plus words, just needs to be super engaging and needs to relate to my target audience.

A bit about my business...
I have a fitness bootcamp business in Petersfield and my target audience are general:
Male and Female
Aged 30 - 60
Office workers, Business owners
Over weight / Obese
20 mile radius around Petersfield
Currently inactivity
Low confidence
Midlife crisis
Un happy with body
Nervous
Depressed
Lack motivation

So i need content that speaks to them. If you are good at graphic design or photoshop then that would be amazing too! But not essential. As long as the posts are engaging and fun then its all good!
