Social Media Manager 2dif businesses (Facebook, 30 days Project)

I will need curated content for my very new online marketing agency and my very new property business, this property business has 2 facebook pages. The Online marketing agency only 1 page. I'm a very busy entrepreneur so I will need to leverage you guys for this gig, and I need to build a considerate number of followers from ZERO, I need to attract my targeted audience/clients in order to get my page increasingly noticeable as time goes by. P.s. Content that my target audience will want to read!
- the posts should be Branded with my logo or website link to be authentic
- Hashtag research for my niche.
- descriptive report w/page Analytics at the end of month please, and with best SM strategy and action plan to follow on following 2 months;
-The post should include:
1 image: I have some professional photos taken that you can use and redesign to be more attractive, or need to be created from scratch. All the images should be copyright free extracted from professional high resolution platforms
1 text : which can be sourced and modified from my website or just created from you accordingly to the purpose
A link: where is supposed to drive traffic. so my website link.
- grow followers organically mainly, but if any help from influencers shout-outs - all god :)
- I will need 2 post/day on the most engaging times;
- I will need to combine different kind of posts : gifs, quotes. Informative posts, quiz, articles, etc so people don't get bored.
In regards to the businesses, My business is property related and the 2 pages are: 1 page is to target people 'who need to sell their property quickly' and they will need my help, and the other page, is to target the cash buyers investors page.
The 2nd business, the online marketing agency, will focus essentially on business Social Media & video marketing and chatbots, - the logo design for it will be done this week, the website will be ready soon too. So mainly I will need this from you guys:

5.Schedule Daily Posts on all your accounts, 2 posts/day for 30 days for each business at the most engaging times.
