Social Media Manager

I'm looking for someone to help manage a batch of social media accounts. The account is related to specific breeds of dogs. The person I'm looking for is able to create memes, find videos/images, interact with commenters, and respond to messages. This person should also be able to schedule Facebook posts for each day, preferably using something like Hootsuite (it can be done in advance if that's easier).

There are 8-10 accounts in total. I'd prefer someone that I could pay a salary each month.
