Social media and other tasks for an online store, long-term job

I run an online store here in Finland. We have our own small range of wedding games, prints and invitations, and we are now planning to start selling them internationally. Our target countries are the US and the UK. I'm looking for a social media enthusiast who can either do all of the tasks described below or part of them (we can consider hiring two different people if necessary). I am looking for a long-lasting business relationship, if possible, so I would prefer to hire a freelancer who knows they can work for us next year, too.

PRIMARY TASK:
* Social media management (Facebook most importantly) and creating content for the chosen platforms

OTHER POSSIBLE TASKS:
* Adding products to the web store (WordPress / WooCommerce)
* Writing descriptions for products
* SEO
* Customer service by e-mail
* Graphic design
* Facebook advertising
* Different administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* A good command of English and the ability to create interesting, high-quality content for social media
* Prior experience as a social media writer and manager
* Interest in the wedding industry (prior experience in the industry not required, though)

It would also be great if you happened to have some experience in graphic design, Facebook advertising or e-commerce or have any other related skills.
