Setup a facbook/Instagram add campain

I am looking for an expert in meta ads to launch me an advertising campaign for my photography studio's new service of box photography (https://www.perfectpouts.co.uk/seasonal-box-photography). This is kind of a niche product so looking for value in raising awareness and creating leads through Facebook & Instagram. This would need to be a campaign localised to the Coventry & Warwickshire area. Please feel free to get in touch, I am also open to any other ideas and strategies that may help this area of the business grow. I have a budget of around £15 a day currently to put into ads.
