Quick Facebook Business Page Question

Hi to the right of the profile pic below the business name in attachment below it says - Marketing consultant · Advertising agency · Advertising service

I'm trying to find what option they chose when setting page up to get those 3 descriptions, ie set up as brand, or person, or local business etc when choosing which option to set page up as. Its a simple question will pay £6 to whoever knows it.
