Need help with paid adds - Facebook & Instagram

I need some help in creating paid adds for Facebook and Instagram. Selecting right Audience, creating add itself, setting up best budget and duration. I'm looking for someone with good experience to guide me through the process and help me understand what is not working at the moment. Ideally someone who worked with wellness retreats (Yoga, Breathwork) and understands the industry. Could also use some advice on general social media strategy.
