Need help advertising my small business on facebook

I Need help advertising my small business on Facebook. I have a small one man, self employed business and I wish to try and have a presence on Facebook. looking for some help managing my page, working out how to attract customers etc.

Budget wise, I honestly have no idea how much this costs, thus my budget is flexible. I dont know how much work actually needs doing or how much it costs, but basically I am looking to have posts in local area groups advertising my services etc
