Looking for someone to manage social media

Hi there!

In a nutshell, I need someone who can do the following for the start-up:
- Find foreign students living in the UK and submit friend requests. Target: 1000 within a month
- Keep Facebook and Twitter accounts up to date with news and updates
- Create ad banners and post on social media (communities and groups)

My budget isn't big however the best one will get a long-term business.
