I need a facebook ads specialist

I run a B2B energy comparison website (businessenergy-deals.co.uk) and need someone to set up a Facebook/Meta Ads campaign to drive UK business owners to a quote form to generate leads.
Specific tasks:
Set up Meta Business Manager and Ad Account (if not already done)
Create 1 campaign with 2–3 ad sets targeting UK business owners
Write ad copy and set up creatives (I can supply images)
Target: UK business owners, SME decision makers, age 28–55
Goal: Drive traffic to quote form page, maximum leads at lowest cost per lead
Set up Facebook Pixel on the website for conversion tracking
Daily budget: starting at £5–£10/day
Deliver a short report showing the setup and targeting used
Budget: £50–£150 one-off setup fee
Must have:
Proven experience with UK lead generation campaigns
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
English speaking / UK market knowledge preferred
