I have 3 facebook pages which need merged without losing likes and multilocations

I have 3 facebook pages which need merged without losing likes and multi location, I have a clinic in Cumbria, 2 in Lancashire & 3 in the North East, Morpeth, Newcastle & Gateshead. I started 3 pages one for each county however I think I need to merge all together, link to my website??? don't now what this would do??? without losing any likes, and hopefully be found through search engines, I am an absolute numpty at this totally confused I have 3 facebook pages which need merged without losing likes and multi location with this, read everything, get completely confused, everybody's an 'expert' and I just lose the will to live. I get very little business from facebook, so don't want to spend a fortune on something that brings little or no return but I'm aware that I need a social presence, get lots of positive reviews so think thats an advantage. Just want one page for my business which I can post to and get positive reviews and have anyone who visits my website to be able to link through and see those reviews and pictures of recent work, not planning any advertising campaigns as done in the past and got 0 response.
