Help with SEO for my site

Hello, I have a .php shopping cart website. I have created static pages to help me with SEO optimization. I have entered in the meta titles, descriptions and keywords info for each page however I think that I may be doing something wrong because I am not receiving much traffic to my site. Maybe I have too many repeated keywords and google thinks I am spamming or not enough, or not the proper keywords.

I am looking for somebody to review what I have done, offer suggestions and help me increase traffic to my site. I have a very specific target market and I don't think that I am reaching them properly.

I have also created a blog, facebook and twitter accounts to help me market and I am not sure if I am using them all correctly. Any advice on social marketing would also be greatly appreciated. I am still trying to wrap my head around twitter... for example, I have people following me and I am following others but it seems like everybody just want's business just like me and I am not getting any sales from it.

Much of the work I can do myself, I am just looking for a SEO savvy individual to look what I have done so far, offer insight and advice and help me move in the right direction. I am currently receiving between 15-20 unique visitors a day and haven't had many sales. My website has been up for about 2 months.
