Getting more established in FB

I need day to day support in finding my way around Facebook and taking advantage of its facilities. I don't want to go via the PPC route but some hand holding by e-mail or phone with a bit of work in the background. I do require someone from the UK as I would like to talk on the phone. My knowledge of how to use Facebook is about 3/10 I have many websites that I have created so I am not a total newbie.
