Focused Facebook Marketing Campaign to Drive Sales

We are a property management company looking after holiday homes and second homes in Port De Pollenca, Mallorca. Our target customers are homeowners in the town. We know many use facebook as there are numerous, highly active local Facebook groups. We want to set-up a paid Facebbook advertising campaign to pick up a small number of new customers (20 or so) that are considering changing their property manager now that the season as ended. We need someone to help us set-up those ads, target them to the right audience and maximise the performance.
