Facebook Paid Campaign for mothers day sales

I am looking for someone to help us set up the right targeting for paid Facebook & Instagram advertising for Mothers Day and manage/optimise the campaign for sales conversions. Ideally someone with experience of setting up campaigns targeted at affluent UK audiences as our product is quite expensive>

We have an ecommerce website built on Shopify and sell fine food gifts which range from £55 - £125

We had run a campaign for Valentines Day and out of 66 clicks, we only had 2 sales so maybe were reaching the wrong audience? Please see attached.

I need someone who is confident of delivering ROI and if they do, we would like to work with them on an ongoing basis for various campaigns.
