Facebook & Instagram Campaigns for Makeup Artist

I am seeking the professional services of an experienced and approachable Social media marketing guru to help me to profitably grow some of my services. I have been spending on Facebook Ads for approximately 3 years now but pretty sure that we have not been exploiting the full potential to target the correct audience and leverage my circa 1k followers. I need guidance on the following campaigns:

1. Makeup Masterclass Workshops - This is a new service I am launching. I have had social media adverts professionally designed but need Social marketer to lead on:
a) launching my campaign with suitable ad copy and promote to my Facebook and Instagram followers. Utilising Boost where necessary to fill up the spaces on the workshop.
b) Design a paid targeted ad campaign to Local Non Followers of my business to fill up spaces on my workshop if option a) does not work at all or fully.
Advertising budget = approx £30 which is 10% of the target revenue per workshop.

2. 1-2-1 Makeup Masterclass - Similar to the above however this is not a group workshop this is just a personal one to one tutorial.
Advertising budget = £20 per conversion.

3. Weddings - We currently spend £60 per month on a campaign. We have no means of tracking conversions. Approx 6 months ago I believe we added the meta tracking code but have never really validated this. We would like to launch a NEW campaign with new material to target potential Brides in our target area.
Advertising Budget = £30-£40 per conversion.

4. General guidance on how to leverage my followers to generate additional business e.g. the impact of occasionally boosting posts to remind people of my makeup services. My advertising budget is small but if this can be tested and proven to generate sales I'm all in for this.

I have advert imagery to immediately share with the successful proposal. I would like to hear from proposals how you intend to meet our target outcomes to drive revenue on these services in a controlled and profitable way.
