Facebook and Twitter account set up and branded

We are a Pie Manufacturer in West Sussex who make real handmade pies. We currently supply Farm Shops, Deli's and butchers across the southeast region. We also have an online web shop where we sell directly to the consumer. We are trying to build our online presence and now require a Facebook and twitter account - all branded in line with the look and feel of our website.
Also with our Facebook page we would like to run a competition for the chance to win a free Pie Hamper so we can collect their data and target them in the future with our newsletters.
We would be looking for someone who can set this up relatively quickly and provide ideas on how we can build up our fan base. Any questions please let me know.
