Facebook Ads Exec

I'm looking for a freelancer to help assist with my marketing agency - we work with dentists (private treatments only) - such as Invisalign, dental implants and general new private patients.

I need someone that is very capable managing Facebook Ads, be able to analysis results and tailor ads (both copy/ad collateral) to specific audiences and treatments.

We use a combination of landing pages (unbounce) and the clients main sites, you must:

* Must be UK based - or at least within 2 hour GMT timezone.
* Have at least 3 years experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads
* Be fluent in English
* Ideally have a good understand of private dentistry
* Be proactive and challenge yourself with bringing as much success to our clients as possible
* Be familiar with goal tracking and analytics
* Be available for calls to discuss account performance/strategy and overall direction

Ideally have experience with
* Unbounce
* What converts
* Photoshop
