Facebook ad setup

I'm looking for someone to set up a Facebook ad campaign for me:

I have a pixel on my website and I'm looking to target those who have not purchased my subscription service.

3 ads:

1 Image ad
1 video ad
1 lead ad

I will provide all images, video and copy.
I need your expert help setting it all up on facebook with the right strategy, budget split, audience, type of ad etc.
I also need you to double check my pixel is firing correctly!
