EXPERT FACEBOOK BUSINESS HELP

Need help with my Facebook Business Account - back end. Have two FB business accounts set up - one has been disabled since 2019 and the other is for a friend so don't need anymore. Need help to either create a new Business Account and assign assets (I own 10 facebook business page accounts and 10 instagram accounts) Would like someone to screen share with me and help me get a single business account working so I can start marketing my business correctly. May only take 10 mins to do but FB not being helpful as to reasons why previous account suspended or how to add new.
