Do a Facebook marketing campaign for a webinar

TTA provides professional development for school teachers. We have an upcoming webinar for an international speaker which we would like to promote via Facebook. We would like someone to set up and run the campaign for us. Which will target Australian school teachers.

Ideally, we would work with someone who is an expert at using Facebook to target School Teachers.
