CREATE FACEBOOK / Instagram pages for ecommerce store!!!

I have a facebook business page and an instagram page setup but its they are both blank i need someone creative with social media skills to set it up for me with some posts to sell my products some pictures of my products . I guess it would be a facebook marketing campaign?I just need someone skilled to set these two pages up with everything needed to help my page attract customers and my fb and instagram get views to get them to go to my website.
