Create Facebook Ad for sales

I am looking to have created a Facebook type Ad. Its for sales of a product and obviously need it link back to my website. I am un-sure as to whether video footage is needed or stills. So i am initially looking for a freelancer to make contact, then can give advice and a price for doing this. Plus give advice on what i would need to supply in the way of video or photos. I want someone who at the end of of it can create an eye catching, attention grabbing video Ad.
