Connect Facebook and Instagram

I need a technical social media professional to connect Facebook and Instagram.

We are having issues as it is saying the accounts are connected and then saying they are not. It is also saying only an admin can connect them when we have two admins for the accounts, and it won't allow either to connect. The goal is to connect accounts so the client can post on the two accounts at the same time.

Please let me know how much this would cost etc
