Banned Facebook account

Hi All,

I have a personal Facebook account that has multiple pages on it. I have been banned from ads and requested a review and seems to be that I have been banned permanently. I created a new Facebook account but I am not able add new users to my Facebook page. I also tried to use family and friends account and I am not able to. I need to start running some Facebook ads for my business asap and I am struggling to do so. Can someone help me get my account fixed or atleast get my new Facebook account linked properly to manage ads for my pages. Thanks
