Experience Level: Entry
I would like to find someone to add an Order form to an existing Facebook page. The form is to allow our followers to place schoolwear orders in a controlled manner and so we can have it all in the one place.

The form should be fairly simple and allow the customer to input a list of what they are wanting ie Polo shirt, Sweatshirt, Cardigan, the size, colour, school name and contact details of the customer.
