Experience Level: Intermediate

I am launching a Yoga brand and am looking for someone to manage the Social Media. Management of 3 platforms - IG, FB & Twitter (plus after 1-2 months I would like to add a blog). Frequency around 2 Tweets, 1FB post and 2 IG per day.

Job requirements:
Develop monthly content & promo calendar
Create engaging content
Look for suitable social influencers & strategic partners
Run campaigns to achieve awareness, sales target & other KPIs
Community Management
Monitor performance and provide reports
GoogleAdword experience would be a plus

Desired skills:
Creative with sense for style

Is it Okay if you have a specialist take on 4 of the most strategic tasks in your list,
which will have implementation plan for the other 3 and those can be implemented by someone else?

i do not understand your question - i already have an outline of a strategy and i am looking for someone to add to it and help me with the implementation. I do not want to split the job and there is nothing really to split.
